Since I picked up a point and shoot I carry it with me almost everywhere - I had it with me yesterday during my visits with several clients on Long Island. Yesterdays weather was just so dramatic – it needed a few pictures. After a quick drop off in Matinecock – I stopped in for fresh strawberries at Young’s Farm in Glen Head – and it was a picture perfect Summer day at eleven minutes past 3.

After a quick stop in Melville, I eventually wound up at Captree State Park for a little picnic dinner. I always wind up at the shore. I wasn’t there very long, by half past 5, this was the scene on Ocean Parkway.

The clouds came over the road and hovered like a very big tent. I’m not sure it rained at Jones Beach or Fire Island yesterday. Nature is so beautiful.
