Birthday Party at Annona

Annona Restaurant in Westhampton Beach was the place to be. The theme was 70’s Disco, and delightfully, most guests dressed for it. It inspired Pucci, white go-go boots, and lots of dancing to the sounds of That 70’s Band. It was a double birthday. Robin & Natalie sang, danced, and they had cake! It was Lindsi’s birthday recently. Naturally, its all about the shoes. It seemed to me – that 6 inches was the minimum. The birthday girl was wearing lace platform Christian Louboutin booties. With legs that go straight up to her shoulders, I think she is a total glamazon. Even her gorgeous birthday cake was decorated with a shoe. Here are just a few pictures…

Dylan Turns 7

The first time I met Dylan he was only 7 days old. Now he is 7 years ! He reads – he was reading his own birthday cards this year, he flies like a bird, and swims like a fish! And this why I love my job – I get to witness all the good things. As always – had the most amazing birthday cake. Happy Birthday Dylan! And many happy returns! xo

Pool Party

Dylan turned 6 this Summer and his parents made him an amazingly fun birthday party with water slides and an underwater treasure hunt! I was so impressed by all of the children able to swim to the bottom of the pool with their eyes open. Many of the children are only six years old.

Saturday night, June 14th, Ellen Wolff Photography had the distinction of capturing the most recent birthday celebration in honor of David Lerner. The Mike Herman Orchestra of Hank Lane Music kept David & guests on the dance floor all evening. They sat down long enough to watch a world class Tango presentation by Doctor Dance. LARRY created a super fresh interpretation of 1930’s and 40’s glamour, bathing the room with high-tech lighting. Looking at his face, I think David, his family, and friends, have a wonderful night to remember.

Its been 5 years! Tomorrow, May 12, marks five years as Ellen Wolff Photography. Photographing birthday parties, weddings, Bat Mitzvah’s, Bar Mitzvah’s, wedding anniversaries, sweet sixteens, law school graduations, love and life! I thought a visit into the Time Machine would be a fun and happy way to honor my anniversary. So here we go, a quick trip spanning the past 5 years, celebrating birthdays from one to 80!
